Whole cucumbers that are grown at Black Fox Farm is added to this gin to produce its signature flavour and colour. The palate is spicy, with cucumber at the centre and coriander spice surrounding it, alongside white pepper ad a slight drying nature. The cucumber finish is long-lasting. Makes a refreshing Gin Rickey and Caesar.
